The Adventurer Guarantee Return Policy

Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your item’s arrival, we can’t offer you a full refund, but we can offer you an exchange up until 90 days. These timelines are started the day your item arrives as dictated by the tracking number on your shipment.

To be eligible for a return, you must return all of the original product. If for any reason your product broke into pieces, that’s fine, just send us whatever pieces you have. That’s it!

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Stickers that have been peeled from their backing paper
  • Apparel with tags removed, and/or intentionally damaged by the user

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Mistreatment of resin products, such as rolling sharp metal dice on resin trays

 

Refunds

Refunds are available up to 60 days after your item has arrived to you, per your shipping tracking number. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds

Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your refund. By then, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available up to 90 days after your item’s arrival. If nothing is wrong with your item but you would rather have another item we offer, fill out the form below and indicate you would like an exchange. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift coupon for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a coupon for the total value of your gift and shipping will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To initiate a refund or exchange, fill out the form below with all the information. We will send you a link to a free shipping label to return your product to us with. Please package the item carefully in a rigid box with cushioning around the product, preferably in the packaging we sent it to you in. Just print out that label and put it in a USPS drop box or post office. If you have any issues, please email us at hello@everhearthinn.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
