Adventure With Confidence

Our shop started out on Etsy, where our quality products and attention to detail earned us a 5 star average rating across 169 sales! Now, on our own site, we can bring you that level of customer care and more!

All goods sold at Everhearth Inn are crafted with the sole purpose of keeping hard-questing adventurers equipped with quality gear. All physical items that are not labeled “Final Sale” are backed by our Adventurer Guarantee, our generous refund and exchange policy. We at Everhearth Inn believe you should be able to shop with confidence that what you’re getting is up to your, and our, high standards, so putting our gold where our mouth is is the best way to do that.

Everhearth Inn also believes that supplying adventurers with quality gear shouldn’t harm the realms that we quest in, so our packaging is entirely curbside recyclable in most places (check with your local facilities). We source most of our packaging materials from EcoEnclose so that not only is our packaging recyclable, it’s also recycled in the first place.

We encourage you to hold on to your box and packaging for a bit as you try out your new gear. If for any reason you want to return your purchase, putting the free shipping label we send you right back on the same packaging it was shipped to you in is a free and easy way to ship it back to us. If you are happy with your purchase, besides the product itself (including the velvet bags included with most dice sets which is meant to be used), you can simply flatten the box and recycle all the packaging. At the moment most recycling facilities across the US allow for recycling of regular tape on shipping boxes, but check with your local facilities. We aim to move towards biodegradable tape after we vet it out and make sure it meets our standards.

It is best to be mindful of how you treat your handmade resin goods. Avoid exposure of your new gear to extreme heat, submerging in liquid, sharp objects, alcohol, solvents, oils, and harsh chemicals. Resin becomes slightly soft in hot weather and slightly brittle in frigid weather. To clean, gently wipe with a damp microfiber cloth. For a deeper clean use a very small amount of water and dish soap. Be cautious of using heavy metal dice on our resin coasters as the heavy sharp edges may leave marks on the coaster. We find that adds to the character of your coaster/dice tray, showing the adventuring it’s been through, however we won’t be able to accept a return for it in case it is marked up in such a way.
