Servings 1 adventurer
Author Everhearth Inn

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate chip cookie
  • ½ cup vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1 tbsp cherry pie filling/topping
  • ½ tbsp toffee bits I used Heath "Bits O' Brickle"
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Place the cookie on to a plate
  • Scoop the ice cream and place it on top of the cookie
  • Spoon the cherry pie topping onto the ice cream
  • Top with the toffee bits and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  • Enjoy, adventurer! Truly a very easy recipe that will bring comfort to all travelers that come to the inn.

Notes

This recipe is very modular, feel free to experiment with toppings! Caramel drizzle as an addition on top was delicious, as was a dark chocolate/coffee syrup I found at the grocery 🙂
