Feywild Eggs
Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- ⅓ cup total of chopped parsley, basil, chives, and rosemary, or herbs of choice
- 3 jalapenos chopped, seeds removed
- ½ tsp salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 yellow onion finely chopped
- 5 ounces Gouda cheese or creamy topping cheese of choice
