  • Medium bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light mayo
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • hot sauce to taste, we used 1 tsp Fly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp and absolutely loved it
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tsp capers

Instructions

  • Throw it all in a bowl, mix, and eat! Even a Barbarian could do it!

Notes

This sauce was a slight twist on a traditional remoulade and we were blown away from our first taste. The base of the sauce is easy and a blank canvas for throwing in other flavors to experiment. We used Fly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp and were absolutely in love with the result. The slight Asian heat brought the creamy base to life and we couldn't wait to put this sauce on anything and everything. This is a fantastic creamy sauce that's light on calories but full on flavor!

This is a great sauce to have on hand for topping omelettes, eggs, sandwiches, steak, chicken, and more and would be perfect for your next Dungeons and Dragons game! Try it on our Stormcloak's Spicy Mudcrab Omelette!
