Cost 10 gold

Ingredients

  • 1 package Samyang Buldak Ramen I used the kimchi flavor, but use whatever flavor you prefer!
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can spam
  • 4 oz mozzerella
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tbsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tbsp korean chili flakes aka gochugaru

Instructions

Prepare Ramen Components

  • Bring a medium pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat.
  • Gently place eggs in the water. Boil for 8 minutes.
  • While the eggs are boiling, prepare a medium bowl of ice water. Once the eggs are finished cooking, immediately transfer them to the ice water and let them sit for 10 minutes. Peel once cooled.
  • Add butter to a pan over medium heat
  • Cut the spam first lengthwise, then crosswise to create approximately 10 even strips. Add the spam to the hot pan and sear until crispy on both sides, approximately 3 minutes per side.
  • Prepare the ramen according to the package.

Assembly

  • Grab your serving bowl, add 1/2 of the sesame oil and 1/2 of the noodles. Top with 2 of the medium boiled eggs, half of the mozzerella, and your preferred amount of spam. Garnish with sesame and gochugaru, if desired!
  • Repeat for the second serving bowl. Enjoy!
