Second Breakfast Overnight Oats - DnD, Fantasy, Video Game Inspired Recipes

4 different kinds of overnight oats. Perfect for breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses, afternoon tea, or all of the above!

Equipment

  • 4 mason jars or sealable containers

Ingredients

Overnight Oat Base

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vanilla greek yogurt 2% or whole milk
  • ½ cup preferred milk I used almond

Sunbutter Chocolate

  • 1 ½ tbsp Sunflower Butter or Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup pecans crumbled
  • 2 tbsp milk chocolate chips

Apple Sugar

  • 2 tbsp apple butter
  • ½ tbsp brown sugar light or dark

White Chocolate Honey

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips

Strawberry Banana

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • strawberries sliced
  • bananas sliced

Instructions

  • Combine all of the base ingredients into the mason jar (or sealable container). Stir the ingredients well to combine. Place mason jars in the fridge overnight to allow the oats to absorb moisture. You can leave the oats up to 5 days in the fridge.
  • The next day for breakfast, mix in your favorite toppings.
  • Repeat for second breakfast, elevenses, afternoon tea, or all of the above! Enjoy adventurer!
