  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Add the flour and cheese and knead all together into a big round loaf
  • Throw the loaf into a large oiled bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let rise for an hour
  • Cut the loaf in half and form into two smaller round loafs. Place on the baking sheet and let rise half an hour.
  • Heat your cooking hearth or oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and oil a baking sheet
  • Spread butter on top of both loaves and put in the hearth or oven for 20 minutes
  • Check the bread to have a golden brown crust forming, remove from the hearth or oven when it's sufficiently browned to your preference for crust hardness
