Mix yeast, sugar, water, and spices in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes
Add the flour and cheese and knead all together into a big round loaf
Throw the loaf into a large oiled bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let rise for an hour
Cut the loaf in half and form into two smaller round loafs. Place on the baking sheet and let rise half an hour.
Heat your cooking hearth or oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and oil a baking sheet
Spread butter on top of both loaves and put in the hearth or oven for 20 minutes
Check the bread to have a golden brown crust forming, remove from the hearth or oven when it's sufficiently browned to your preference for crust hardness
Sprinkle some thick salt on top of the bread for a slight salty crunch. Top slices with some butter and rosemary for a wonderful treat for all adventurers!
