Mash the bananas with a fork until they're the consistency of apple sauce.
In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and both sugars. Then add the banana mix and eggs and mix. Then add the baking soda, salt, flour and mix. Then add the chocolate chips, vanilla, maple syrup, and mix until just well blended.
Pour into the bundt cake pan (you may need to do a few batches, don't overfill the moulds) and bake for about 30 minutes. The baking time will vary depending on the moulds you have in your pan. After about 25 minutes carefully insert a toothpick into the thickest part of one of the rolls and see if it comes out clean. If it doesn't, add 5 minutes to the timer and repeat until they appear golden brown and the toothpick test comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 15 minutes before applying icing. Otherwise the icing will be too runny
