This recipe is super quick to make and is a wonderfully light desert option as opposed to a heavy cake. You can make this both feel light but also light on calories with a few easy substitutions. Try replacing the heavy whipping cream with fat free whipped cream and the sugar with Splenda, preferably a brown sugar version.
