Ingredients

Simple Syrup

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup water

Drink

  • 1 tsp simple syrup or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp purple sugar
  • 1 ½ part vodka
  • 1 part blue curacao
  • 1 part lemon and lime juice mixed
  • 1 part cran-grape juice
  • 1 part grenadine
  • 3 maraschino cherries

Instructions

  • If you are making your own simple syrup, combine the sugar and water in a pot and boil until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Save what you don't use for up to 1 month in the fridge.
  • Rim a glass with a paper towel wet with simple syrup or lemon juice. Spread some purple sugar on a plate and place your glass rim-down into the sugar. Give it a slight shake to get it thoroughly coated and set the glass aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, mix all the drink ingredients with a few large cubes of ice. Shake for 10 seconds.
  • Place some fresh ice into your glass and pour the drink in, straining out the ice in the shaker. Serve with some speared maraschino cherries.
  • Serve to adventurers before they need to bribe a guard to look the other way during their next heist!

Notes

This is a quick, delicious cocktail with some gorgeous colors. Packed with a ton of flavors, it's great for berry lovers and easy to put your own spin on it with different juices. The purple sugar is fun to look at and adds a sweet zing to each sip. This potion grants any adventurer advantage on their next persuasion check, great for getting out of a sticky situation!
